  • are you flashing or is it wet on wet?

  • @MrTwocentsin

It is wet on wet. You could print just one at a time but we find it faster to print it this way.

  • what kind of ink is that? why is it so watery?

  • @HippoeVizion

It was Unions Plastisol 4 color process inks on a 305 mesh screen. They are runny and transparent so that the colors can mix on the shirt and create millions of colors.

  • Nice. Why don't you print all four colors at once, finish one T-shirt and go for the other? Are you using a flash beside you? When printing wet on wet do we have to use specially designed inks for that task? When printing wet on wet some of the early printed color will stick on to the next screen. How do you solve that problem? Can we do CMYK printing with Discharged inks? You answers will be very helpful. Thanks a lot

  • what software are you using in separating colors??and how do you expose them??do you use normal exposure??
