In Gabon post-election violence has led to one city being put under curfew and police firing teargas at furious crowds. Enraged opposition supporters claim the presidential poll there was rigged. When Ali Ben Bongo, the son of Gabon's late dictator, was declared president, violence errupted. The UN is urging calm.
From Libreville, the capital, Al Jazeera's Mohammed Adow reports.
