would you recomend slow rifle or fast rifle

every sniper...look at my eqipment

if i have just 5 shoots i use the slow sniper

with 6 shoots i use the fast sniper

which sniper is in the beginning because i am with Commando level i have a semi and i want and a sniper 1 shot 1 kill i hate semi cant aim with it.
