Salt came later and may have involved some of the same musicians, but this is a live jam from the 'Ginger Baker in Africa' DVD

ummmmm... actually NO.
Afrika 70 was the name of Fela's band.
the musicians in this clip had previously been called the Afrocollection, but when Ginger Baker came round he reorganized the band as Salt.
they might not yet have taken on the Salt name at the time this footage was shot, but i deliberately referred to them as Salt. and i'm well aware of where the footage came from, thanks.
