I agree staactn.people say its wack but jayz decided 2 do somethin different nd he still brings fire in his lyrics.Thats the ghetto part.The techno is the beat nd tempo nd it catches u off guard but thats wat he was probably goin 4 in da first place and if u heard this in da club u will get hype nd buy drinks like crazy!
