Findlay City Schools has placed a 4.4-mill, 28-year bond issue on the Aug. 4 special election ballot. The bond issue is expected to raise about $54 million, and would be matched by $19 million from the Ohio School Facilities Commission to build two new middle schools and a new career technical center.
