It's time to close the book. Because we can't fix Wisconsin, if we keep Scott Walker.

I read the back and forth between you too and I have to say that this comment takes the cake. Number one, you call him a fascist yet you're the one being the Grammar Nazi. Number two, and this is the best part, you corrected him spelling the name wrong when, in fact he got it right. It's Jim Doyle. Not "DOLE". Fuckin' classic....

The "tax breaks" that the ad was referring to only goes to companies that move more than half of their business into the state. They wouldn't have paid taxes if they weren't here anyway so there is no need to "make it up somewhere else". It DOES mean more jobs, though, which means the people that are now working ARE able to pay taxes so that means more tax revenue. And YES, there are more jobs here now. Unemployment went down 2% this last 12 months.

CaptainDFunk - You make some good points, & I agree that "two wrongs don't make a right". My basic point was that the Civil Service System (federal or state) was created, and has been strengthened over time, to protect government workers and insure their livelihoods, which is (supposedly) the basic job of a union in the private sector. So why are they unionized? They are supposed to protect the public interest. Belonging to a union I believe is a conflict-of-interest for public servants.

Sorry, but your Democratic (Socialist) Party fits the "fascist" bill -- always working to increase government power at the expense of the individual. There's no difference between what's called fascism and communism. It's totalitarian government. (Remember, the Nazi Party was the "National Socialist Party".) Grass-root Republicans, at least, favor severely limited government authority -- basically what's actually WRITTEN in our U.S. Constitution. Dems have worked since 1912 for the opposite

LOL. Funny. Barrett doesn't even have a plan, yet Walker is getting the job done.

The Dems have turned into a bunch of whining bitches who run away and then whine when the people vote. What a waste of money!

    How pathetic.

Obama has NOT raised taxes.Let me repeat.Obama has NOT raised taxes. He has extended the Bush tax cuts.He has given buisness tax credits 17 times to date.He has cut the payroll tax from 6.2% to 4.2%.He IS advocating raising the top rate back to 39%.same as under clinton.to those making more than 250,000.I don't think that applies to most working people. And the reason i attack republicans is because it is a fascist party.
