Look, you'd have to be a heartless bastard to not be empathetic for this woman. Unfortunately she is here illegally. The court made the correct ruling in my opinion.
We are a nation of laws. Hopefully, if she is required to return to Mexico, she may re-enter the US through the appropriate legal process. That's all.
