Haha, I would kick your butt on this game. Your racing line istoo jerky, the kind of movemnt you only get when playing with joystick or keypad. I drive the real arcade game, and get 1st every time baby. HAAaaa! Look at my video then you will see th Arcade version, with the steering wheel and seat and gears and everything. RedSKORPION sounds like a Battlefield 2 name do the world a favour and stick to fragging etc and killing people because driving obviously isnt in your skill range. You have the technology of a PC but still not even a dribble of evidence to support your claims. ha! Oh my gard @ RedSKORPION...You want times for Intermediate and Expert?? Since WHEN does the STUDENT ask the MASTER to do a task? I asked you in the first place to post a simple video time of you beating my time through traffic but you cant. So you have the nerve to ask ME a task even though you cant even complete the one crying "its too far away"..get the hell outta here.

So let me put it into perspective for you since you dont have the full facts before you. The shorcut Pit Lane I would guess saves at least two seconds each lap in time compared to going around the proper race route where all of the cars are racing. There are EIGHT Laps.Plus Im not even counting in the time it takes to go around the cars in front of you if they try and not let you pass. I took the normal route with the cars and I didnt use the short-cut and that is my time.

lol. Please read the comments fully before butting your nose into something you know nothing about. I said...that....let me say it clearly for you.....I said that.....if you go through the Pit Lane...then you have no traffic from other cars and so you can get a fast time easily by sliding around the corner...this is not skill but just an exploit of the game because I'm sure Sega know the rules of racing and wanted people to drive THROUGH the traffic in the true spirit of racing

Getting the high score is no big deal, it just means you beat the time at your local arcade, which means that people worse than you played before you, or that you were the first to do better than the preset records. And the Saturn Version is pretty much identical to the Arcade version, just with downgraded graphics, it is just a bit harder to play with a D-Pad.

Btw the saturn version isn't that hard except for the beginner course where there's some difficulty using a controller to go through the pit road without getting stopped.

Fade2Vanish, I saw your video, no offence but the timing is slow. . There're people who can get into the records even going through the pit road. Fastest for beginner time in the world is 2'08"xx while yours from what I saw in your video was just only 2'21"xx?
