This is my P90x Journey, I have had P90x for over 3 yrs and have attempted numerous times to start but got discouraged/lazy after the first 3 wks. Within the last year I started again but had to travel every 3 wks for work so I stopped again only to start over. This last time, I made a conscious effort to keep pushing play and do something almost every day. There were a few times that I couldn't, so I did double when I could. I did a cleanse to get my insides right and started adding apple cider vinegar and coconut oil to my diet. I was able to get my cholesterol and blood pressure in check without medication.
