The vertical rear window was totally out of place on a "sporty" coupe. Just looked wrong and have never liked it.

They were shifting an automatic transmission...lol. My neighbor had one of these but it caight fire on their driveway.

The 2.5 Tech four offered in that was one soggy engine.
If it had the 2.3 HO you were all set...providing the heads were done.
Ive owned 3 grand am's ...92 with a 2.3 SOCH...95 with 3.1 SFI and currently an 02 GT with a 3.4 HO.....and the 92 SOCH gave me the least problems and it had 310K on the odo when I sold it.

wow really? no love for this car at all. in this day and age its nearly impossible to find one of these. they had 190hp from a quad four for goodness sake. everything is comfy and it flys due to it having less weight. show some love here people. 3rd gens and fourth gens are both fast and sexy.

I have an '03 Grand Am, and have had it for just over 7 years now, since it was brand new. It has been a great car!!
