I own this EM-100 since the end of March of this year. I'd like to see the materials inside of it. I believe other EM-100 owners may want to see the inside of it, so I made this video. I am not sure it is a broiler or thermo block is used in this machine. At least a good ULKA pump is used. Very solid alloy chasis!

  • I knew that a machine with metal housing would be better than a plastic one...

    I had received and soon returned a DeLonghi [all plastic] espresso/coffee maker machine combo for this same machine. The DeLonghi had some terrible reviews so I didn't bother using it. The pump noise made me jump when I first turned it on LOL.

    I think it was a wise decision on my end. I will post a review in a few months.
