Other Tips:
* DRINK LUKEWARM WATER! AVOID SODA POP, ENERGY DRINKS, ALCOHOL etc.
* Eat healthy (plenty of fruits and veggies!)
* DON'T WHISPER! That's bad for your throat!
* DON'T tilt your chin or head down when singing low notes! This just makes it harder for you!

Why can I sing the low notes in Bad Romance, but not in Going Under?

I think this is a great tutorial on singing lower notes, but you could also mention how you should not push down on your larynx to do so. I have seen my favorite singer Charice do this before in her vocal range video and it's an improper technique. Please keep in mind to mention this next time. Thank you.

@DuctTapeRox251 You are still probably a mezzo soprano.mezzo soprano has a mid-range (varies though, some can go lower, some can go higher but they can't hit I doubt you're a contralto (G3 to A4) if you are watching this video.
