Vielen Dank... Nearly twenty years ago I lived along the west side of the guarded track of land that divided Germany... and remember well the tensions, the mindset, and black and white politics of the Cold War. The world has changed a lot since then... and a united Germany is to be celebrated. Nevertheless, as we now take globalization and the immediacy of our shrinking world for granted... we must not forget how it once was less than one generation ago.

@RedHegg
Thank you. This is FSX (Flight Simulator X) with some modifications. The land textures are satellite imagery using a freeware product called TileProxy.
Machs Gut.

Hey penneyfour, I want my simulator to look like yours, can you tell me the add ons that you use. I got FS2004. thanks

This vid was shot using FSX, but it just as easily could have been FS2004 (except for the runway scenes). Most of the aircraft shown in this vid were free add-ons I downloaded for FS2004. TileProxy is the champion software that brings FS9 and FSX to life. With TileProxy you can have satellite imagery as good as 60cm per pixel (FSX), and 4.75m /pixel (FS9). I am also using TrackIr (head tracking). That is really about it. Other than TileProxy I am not using any special add-ons. Take care.
