Daisy Mae and Old Brother Charlie were popular country music performers back in the 1940s through the 1960s. They were early members of Renfro Valley, a CBS radio favorite, and performed on radio and television in places like Charlotte and Tampa. Here Daisy Mae sings "The Gospel Cannonball" from her radio program around 1964. Daisy's pure style and expression won her many fans.
Thank you for your comment. Daisy Mae had a great voice and style.
