The Patent Bar Exam is a demanding test of some very detailed, very practical knowledge. It tests the minutiae of the 3,000+ page Manual of Patent Examining Procedure. The official pass rate is very low. But that's mostly because people don't prepare properly for this Exam. If you prepare properly, you should have no trouble passing the first time.
