I've never ran into turtle balrogs usaully just seth, bison and guile but as a fellow honda player i agree balrog is a challenge. BTW i didnt know you could EX his sumo throw on balrogs dash thanks for the tip!

You can throw a bunch of his moves. Even the straight punch (but only in the corner), but you have to have the right timing.

ay i got a question man im at 12000 points and i still seem to get beatin by people under 6000 and wen i get to play someone that is 15000+ it either a got fucken match and i lose or i win but wen i play thos 6000 under players i dont know wat it is do u still lose to these people sometimes?

It depends on a lot of things. The points don't really tell you how good someone is. I've beat people with more points than me and I've also been beatin by people with a lot less points than me. It also depends on which person they are fighting with, I usually have problems with Balrog and Cammy. Just keep practicing. It also helps if you record your fights and watch them.
