Il Douche: Lou Dobbs tripping over his words must've meant to say, instead of pro-IMMIGRANT, that he's absolutely pro-IGNORANT! Seriously, that guy DAILY teed off on immigrants more than Nixon teed off on Hanoi! Maybe he meant Geraldo was "Hanoing!" XD

Lou Dobbs you are the annoying one...I'm glad you're no longer on CNN...You are an egomaniac who is filled with arrogance and bitterness...Why did you take the illegal alien issue on as if your life depended on it?...Why was that the central focus of your former CNN show...As usual, Lou Dobbs puts down anyone who disagrees with him...Lou Dobbs is as likeable as Bill O'Reilly...I much prefer Geraldo to Lou Dobbs...At least he doesn't have a hidden agenda the way you did, with your immig. bashing.

Weird that the Mouth Piece for Right Wing loons is against illegal immigration when its these very right wingers who love to profit from cheap labor. The right hates unions because they drive up labor costs, therefore you would presume the right wing would welcome cheap illegal immigrant labor.

@fishandfestival Well the root of the problem in Mexico is the corrupted government. The US gives about $20 billion each year by way of foreign direct investment. Also, Mexico has had one of the world's best GDP's the past few years....so where does the money go? Into the pockets of the people who have been in power for decades. That's why our own forefathers created our rotating leadership method, so even the President himself could only serve 4 years, then later amended to run 2 terms.

@delanogaston Obviously Mexico has had a lot of developmental problems, even before the global recession, so they've had it's been very difficult for Mexicans to survive and prosper there...I don't pretend to know a lot about the history and economy of Mexico, but, it's not hard to deduce that, because a lot of Mexicans in Mexico can't find work, they enter the US, both legally and illegally, to seek jobs...That's better than stealing...How much help has the US given Mexico to aid their economy?

@fishandfestival Or instead of your plan to strip America and Mexico of its soverignty, they could revolt against their current corrupt government. That sounds like a better plan to me. If they had their own jobs they wouldn't need to cross the border illegally....OR they can apply for a visa like over 50 million people do each year from all over the world. Either way is ok with me :)

We should force companies to employ legal workers. But to pick food in the US we need cheap labor apparently, so we got to have a program where we allow undoc. workers here if the growers can prove they need them, and pay them at least the fed min wage daily/weekly.

@delanogaston I think that Mexico is joined to the US and therefore should be made a part of the US and become the 51st state in the Union, if indeed Mexico would accept that and America would be open to doing that...It seems to me that that is the best and most practical way to go, instead of having this ongoing, never-ending, financially expensive task to keeping illegal Mexicans out of the US...Imagine, no more border, no more illegal aliens, equal rights for all...I hope it happens.

@fishandfestival You need to go research what Mexico's laws and penalties for crossing into THEIR border is. They have the right to keep our immigrants too, because its THEIR land. How they got their land doesn't matter, but Mexico has had its wars too. So you think if someone LOSES a war they have no right to enforce their laws? C'mon now...
