The 51 is Fred Rahmer from here in Pennsylvania. The force of the impact fractured his sternum and his upper body is severely sore. In addition, he has a hemorrhage over his right eye compounded by the broken blood vessels in both eyes. Nothing else is broken and he does NOT have double vision.
