Topic: How can we best evaluate the success of a local skills strategy? Do you know the difference between a programme outcome and a programme output? This presentation will help you find out more. It also emphasises the three questions that need to be addressed when planning an evaluation: (i) what do we want to know? (ii) why do we want to know? (iii) who wants to know?
