I have a feeling you're going to revolutionize the world of wrestling with your amazing technique of putting your arms in front and turning. You made your partner look as light as a feather as you threw him off. Brilliant.

so this isn't strictly hung gar like tradtional hung gar right? I've seen two things, one is tradtional type hung gar where everything transitions between stances but here I dont see any resemblance of stances ...so yeah please explain how these 2 representations came about

i just love southern chinese styles, very easy an practical, and practicing wing chun :D

@xingyimaster1987 alot , hung gar is the greatest

@Quandoman, these people are just simple minded, ignore them. can i ask you sifu how much of hung gar training involves the cultivation of chi and meditation.

@hunggararam iam able to confirm this. When your Body is torn into a direction the primary stabilizing system of your body tryes to regain controll, and activites muscles to hold against that direction of force, if you then bring up a force that points in the same direction you perfectly add your own force to the force of your opponent trying to counter the direction of movement ... -> the Neck MUST break

When will the negativity stop? Don't reject things you don't understand, for with understanding there may be acceptances. Dr Aram has a very good understanding of practical application. It is one thing to be called a fool, the problem is when you open your mouth and remove all doubt. You critics probably couldn't fight your way out of a wet paper bag, You do not qualify to speak neg. unless u have been thru the fire of real combat as Dr. Aram and I have gone thru. shut your pie hole.

Its a lot harder to break someones neck than that! What could happen if he did the upward elbow technique is that he gets a serious neck injury. But to break the neck you actually need to twist the neck ower the edge possible, and to do this the opponents body need to stay in place. If you elbow him the rest of the body will follow by bending backward saving the neck from the twist.

@80KungFu It actualy nat that hard to brake someones neck, it all has to do wi speed, power and acuracy, i am sure you have heard of whiplash injury, if your body momentum is going forward and suddenly there is force to change its direction you sure will have a serious neck injury if the first elbow does not brake the aponents jaw and neck the followup elbow definetly will

@hunggararam Firstly your attempt at knowledge regarding biology/anatomy is negated by your general lack of knowledge for spelling/grammar. Secondly it IS hard to break somebody's neck. Whiplash is not a break, a break is where the spine disconnects. Whiplash is when the muscle is strained or torn nothing to do with the actual spine or bone. Also you must realize whiplash is common in car accidents and usually the change in speed is the entire body and it involves speeds around 50km/hr or more.
