1:16 Newsreel for the 37th annual Academy Awards - better known as the Oscars. The 1964 awards ceremony was held on April 5, 1965 at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. The awards host was Bob Hope. Rex Harrison won the Oscar for Best Actor for his part in "My Fair Lady" while Julie Andrews won Best Actress for "Mary Poppins". Presenters that appear in this newsreel are Hollywood legends Audrey Hepburn and Sidney Poitier.
