This could have been solved much quicker. However on the otherhand its good to get the idea by doing it step by step. Moreover they should show the long way and the quick way!

GMAT TEAM need to learn that GMAT is not about "how to solve".. its about "how to solve it quickly" !
so prepare videos with that in mind !

wow, if you go through all that you will never finish the test. Use the simple formula for a line y=mx+b, or in this case s(d)= m*d + b, where m is the slope (1) and b is the y intercept (20), thus s(d)= d + 20. This is a "time trap". The right answer is the last one, and you woudl waste a lot of time plugging in.
