Those new QuietKleen PH's are absolutely horrible. They may clean well, but you better pray hard when things go wrong. The whole circuit board is dipped into silicone making it impossible to properly repair individual electrical components. Not to mention the wands that catch on fire, hose controls that don't work and both PH's that continue to have necks that snap off into pieces...

@genmac1 These Electrolux machines share no similarities to the former Electrolux (now Aerus) in North America. These are AB Electrolux machines from Sweden. The machines are made in Hungary with most parts imported from China.
