A: The app is always updated and in this video I have the slightly not updated one. So it's normal to see that your Installous is different from the Installous in the vid.

Q: What is the difference between Jailbroken and Unjailbroken.
A: Jailbroken devices can install apps outside Apple or apps which are not approved by Apple. These apps can change or mod your iDevice like adding themes and adding more features. Unjailbroken devices are stuck with the apps on the appstore which are approved by apple.
Q: I can't understand anything on the video. All I see is red, blue and green boxes that doesn't mean anything. Why post such a thing?
A: Turn on Annotations.
Q: After I installed an App, it does not show on my homescreen.
A: Try to install it again or try to download it using different linnks with different crackers.
Q: When I launch an app, it closes almost immediately. Why?
A: Try the following. Reboot your device, install the app again or download using other links.
Q: I can't install the App I downloaded. Why?
A: The crack doesn't work on your device. Try other links. If still no good, wait for a working crack. Some Cracks are not compatible with your devices. (Example TTR1 and TTR2 doesn't work on my iPod but the others are working fine)
Q: Installous don't show up on the spring board after installing. why?
A: All answers came from hackulo.us and it might sound a little bit complicated. * disable the qStatusHelper plugin with sbsettings. To do that: click on more in sbsettings, then mobile substrate addons and disable qStatusHelper * make sure you have the correct AppSync version installed for you firmware * delete AppSync and Installous. reboot. install AppSync. reboot. install Installous. * is the application hidden by some other program like SBSettings? * search in spotlight for you application. is it there? * go into safe mode (which disables mobile substrate) and try to install again. it may be a conflict with a mobile substrate plugin * ssh in you device and check under "/var/mobile/Applications/". is the just installed IPA there? if not, the IPA may have been invalid.

@TheKlev1234 i dont know. dont have a device thats running iOS1. you should update it to iOS3 at least if you can. this works on iOS3 and you can update it using iTunes.

@killerdude151 you could donate at installous since they are having server problems and needs new expensive servers to host stuff. because donations were not enough to pay for the servers, they resulted to putting up adds and captcha boxes in every link. thats the least that you could. i gave them $50.
