wow your really good! just a tip for your puch fronts.. punch your hands up instead of behind you, then you'll have more height and you'll be able to walk out of it :)

@AliceInGymLand I was actually trying to do a russian lift, which is the way I learned them when I was a kid. I tried the overhanded punch too, but the result was mostly the same--I'm still not walking out of them. Soon I hope though! Thanks for the comment.

@BRETZERR I don't exactly have it anymore. But, I'm hoping I can get a little more of it back. We'll see. I'm still a real chicken in the gym--there's not much I'm willing to go for. The fear of injury is really holding me back.

@mmhscheer11 You just got to go for it. Keep your chest high, drive that back leg up hard, and be brave enough to NOT put your hands down!
