the only place in the bible the name lucifer is mentioned,is in isaiah 12....and the name isnt refering to the devil....read the chapter yourselves...its talking about nebacanezzer the king of babylon....one of the great mis-quotes is the bible....so a band using the name lucifer trying to be evil or cool,but insted looks like a bunch of smucks.....they dont even know what their own name means.

Christians have been using Lucifer to refer to the devil for a long time, regardless of how it actually appears in the bible. The name Lucifer has existed for a long time, traditionally meaning bringer of light or morning star. I wouldn't jump to any conclusions regarding Metalucifer, they aren't trying to be "evil" or "cool", it is just a cool name. Besides, Lucifer is used to refer to the devil in Paradise Lost. I'm sure they are well aware of the meaning of their name.

@wkunderwood2003 I don't think the band is trying to be "evil" or cool , but anyway the christians themselves are ridiculous, it is suposed that there are 7 evil creatures, and here we have that Lucifer, Satan, Baelcebu, Devil and other ones are the guardians of a section of the hell; and the christians think they're only one and feel ofended by stupid things like the name of a band.
