Defficiency in those proteins would be a result of genetic defects or impaired liver function. Unhealty diet wont have a direct effect on the production of complement proteins unless it leads to liver damage (eg by alcohol abuse etc)

how can someone can have deficiency of C5b or C6 or C7 etc.?
Is it genetical, or by not eating the right food (junk food etc) or by liver disorder??
Its not in my subject, but your lecture is so great that makes me want to know everything :)

A little confusion C4bC2a = C3 convertase & C4bC2aC3b = C5 convertase
C2b is anaphylatoxin . C2 breakdown is opposite to other C members.
