SIMPLE TRICK

If you watch closer then you see that he place the cup in the front of the plectrum,so the plectrum isnt inside of the cup.

After shaking the cup in front of the plectrum he takes it up and grabs the plectrum with hes thumb,you can see that if you look closer to it :^p whatever nice tried ^^
