@codylramey It wasn't a literal comment. That's what was said in Rolling Stone by a soldier,"it only lasts for a few seconds". As in,"I'll be there in a second". Do you actually expect people to be there in only 1 second when they say that?

@ugotcatfish And i was making a point that if water boarding only lasted a few seconds per session then it wouldnt be an effective form of interrogation therefor most likely last longer than a few seconds.

@ugotcatfish Umm not the point, he didnt have to say all other politicians dont lie. The fact that he is making a big deal about Pelosi's possible lie says that for some reason her lie iis worse than other lies from other politicians. He pretty much did say water boarding lasted only a few seconds per session 2:10. He said hes going to give the military the benefit of the doubt.
