Porcine heart was stored in Somah Solution for 24 hours at hypothermia. The heart was successfully resuscitated in Somah Resuscitation Apparatus in our lab, 24 hours post mortem. The heart exhibited normal hemodynamic parameters with an after load of 80 mm Hg
