I wonder how many times Alfred Newman used that pretty love theme. I've heard it in at least two other films, notably "A Man Called Peter."

I think this Scene in "This Above All" is the perfect example of a gentleman with wit, charm & a lady with grace and spunk....That is why the scene is so eloquently played out and why we want to beg for more....

I'm used to seeing Fontaine in "Rebecca"-type roles. I've never seen her with any sort of confidence at all. Nice change...Power, on the other hand has never been my favorite actor, but I like him in this. He's not so...perky! ;)
