When training a racehorse, we exercize him with the intent to strengthen wind, tendon, and bone. In the process, we cause microfractures that then fill with "bone material" thus creating a more fit individual. We are essentially being reshaped to accomodate transcendence. We have been microfractured, but, we are healing, stronger and more spiritually capable.

@amylorose. I know of Rose's work and have had quite a number of sessions with her over the years. She is a really nice person. However, I think her reading that states that someone gets a high from the Hick's work is a flawed premise, without having any other confirmation of that. When one is bringing forth pure source energy in an inspirational way it will have an effect on people. She has never examined the teachings herself. She is suspicious of almost all channeled information.
