"BACKYARD WRESTLING GREATEST HITS" - 1993 - MUSIC VIDEO

SUMMER, 1993
A homemade music video montage of some of my "Backyard Wrestling" matches.
Me and a group of my friends had our own Backyard Wrestling federation in the late 80s and early 90s.
It was called: W.A.R. - "WRESTLING AND ROCK".
We took hours of video footage and had hundreds of matches, and dozens of "fans" who would come and watch.
We wrestled for about 4 straight summers, from 1989 to 1994.
This is a Greatest Hits compliation of one
whole summer of matches, 1993.
This is a 7-1/2 minute music video compilation that I made.
Watch for some awesome wrestling moves, hilarious costumes, and me stylin' and profilin!
My character was "THE REEL DEAL".
I actually sent this video to the wrestling promoter Paul Heyman back when the original ECW Wrestling was getting popular.
Paul Heyman and "Too Cold" Scorpio from ECW wrestling actually watched this video and they sent me a personal letter in snail mail.
He was impressed by it, and said that he enjoyed our dedication!
It's actually 2 music video combined to show regular matches and "cage matches!"
Watch the whole thing, because it gets better as it goes on.
The songs are:
"Animal" by DEF LEPPARD and
"Monkey Business" by DANGER DANGER.
Keep in mind, we used gym mats and mattresses, not a real wrestling ring.
WARNING: Violent, (and cheesy), but fun!
It's not the best quality, and the sound skips, but hey what do you want?
It was taken from an old VHS tape.
