A conspiracy theory is defined as a plan or scheme in ones mind, speculative view of two or more people planning an evil act. Thus, your opinion of an event that is evil that you have no empirical evidence of. Is most likely a conspiracy theory. Unless it was 1.

@MrDuffy81 It is English my friend. Sound the words out. Get a dictionary or a thesaurus and work it out. Look up Conspiracy. Look up Theory. Here is an analogy to try and paint the picture for you. 9/11: NIST wrote a report on what transpired that day. Were they there, when the planes hit? Were they there when it fell? Is it theory? And it most certainly was a conspiracy. Whether it was Mossad/Al Qaeda/CIA/Harry Henderson. Funny thing, which one hasn't worked with the rest?
