Tractor (at least this model) has brakes on back wheels, and has separated ones, so you can brake with one wheel, that's what this guy does. See how the inner wheel is always blocked, while the other is spinning.

@sjedalica You're at the lights waiting for them to turn green car behind you dosn't slow down and hits you, pushes you in the middle of the intersection and you get cleaned up by a semi. Better lock yourself in the house and never see the sun light.
