ive got a zrt 800 open mod that will leave this in the dust

I was there that day... the Ice was just slow. Stock 800 trail sleds were going 98 to 105 mph. In our group, my Apex would usually run mid teens all day long and I could only manage 109. An 840SHR trail mod rev went 111 and a fast 900ZR went 113. I could realistically say that speeds were down 5mph that day accross the board.
117 is still respecable for that kind of sled. The chassis is a 99-02, wierd that he would have put a 900 motor in it.
You needed BIG power to go fast that day.

why is every one dissing this it's a radar run they run on bare ice and it doesnt say anything about studs, 117 is good without studs

100 mph's fast on a sled u could kill urself in second if u ever go to think about that

I know this guy. This is obviously a bad run. And remember its just radar.. He was probably screwing around. I went to the sudbury radar runs last week and did pretty well. He hit 140mph. And this sled is a 900 not a 1000. Then I forget the year. Its pretty old. And 140 is PRETTY DAM GOOD for that sled.

Is it stock? I couldnt remember if it was or not so I said it was mod. And were you at the Rockies Radar Runs? I was there too.

Nah man its not stock. I took a quick look at it and from what I could visualy see I know he is not running it with air filters, piped, 3 flat side carbs, obviously clutched. As for track I cant remember. Then yeh I was at rockies radar runs. My friend crashed his jimmy 2 times that day down that road. Recal seeing a jimmy in the snow bank? I was there :D bhahaha! Where are you from?

ahaa well this was last year by the way, and i was on the sled and i took the lakes home soo no I wouldnt of got to see lol, and im from Capreol, what about you?

Ops, well the guy did pretty good this year then.. and yeh im from Noelville. I was going 2 bring my thundercat this year but was in quite the rush Good thing I did not since we would of crashed :-s. What sled were you using? And you live pretty close to the Vemp you have a quad or dirt bike?

oooo ahaaa, last year I had a 93 Indy 500 but now I have a 99 MXZ 600, and no I dont have a quad or dirtbike but I know a few of my friends are going to the Vemp this weekend.
