don't buy those 100$+ laser pointers. watch this video, and for under 50$ make your own that is capable of burning, popping balloons, and cutting things!

If you want JUST the 200 mW dvd diodes rather than buying a DVD drive that will cost you more and is harder to remove the diode, follow these steps! I'm talking under $20 for 1 diode!

No, CD diodes are IR (infrared) and dangerous, not too mention not very strong.
