Josh McDaniels of the Denver Broncos became the third coach fired during the season this year. He joins Wade Phillips (Cowboys) and Brad Childress (Vikings) as coaches fired during the season.

I see Mike getting Fired through the 49ERS might go to the playoffs if things goes their way in the final games of this season in my opinion but Mangini is definitely staying with Browns they played well for him with beating the Saints, Patriots & almost the Jets.

@Striker029 okay, don't speak. but first of all, I didn't say that Caldwell has accomplished everything that Dungy has accomplished.  however, you can make an argument that any coach can take over for the Colts and they'll win, since they have Bill Polian and Peyton Manning.

Tony Dungy has FAILED in the playoffs MANY TIMES (outside of 2006). Jim Mora Sr. WON with Peyton Manning in 1999 and 2000. Jim Caldwell went to the Superbowl last year. Every Colts coach is lucky to have Manning.

@Striker029 Coaching has gone down since Tony Dungy left the Colts? You say the Colts only succeed because of Peyton Manning? People were saying that Peyton Manning was the REAL coach of the team when Tony Dungy was there. I don't see much of a difference between Tony Dungy and Jim Caldwell. You can make the argument that BOTH Dungy and Caldwell were made to look good because of Peyton Manning. If Dungy didn't have Manning, the Colts would have been mediocre at best.

@TheOfficialBMottPage What's that say about Caldwell? That offense lives and dies by Manning. If they succeed, it's because of Manning, not Caldwell. Take away Manning from the team and they're well below average. It's not a talented squad.
