An isolated example of a single performance.

I'm sorry Frankie K, Love you but this match leaves me wondering... why should I care?...
AND WTF Al Snow!? I thought you were agenting... Someone is responsible for this atrocity!

1 Light Bump!?
Notice the no-selling of the kick-out at 1:06
Forgot to sell during the comeback
No fire during the comeback

Finish was good for nothing, If you want to give momentum to Doug without diminishing Kaz completely by beating the heel WHY would you book such a finish that makes Frankie look like crap you might aswell pin him, it does more for the character.

If the next match you have is any better, and I am almost positive it will be this is just a one time example.

To Those Responsible -

Kaz has all the support in the world which makes it painful to see him miss use it, art is between the spaces, stop after a dropkick or a high flying move or kick-out for gods sake (I mean you are trying to win... RIGHT?..." and sell something emotionally. This isn't intended to make anyone look bad but come on man you're wasting energy and valuable TV time by not connecting with the crowd. I know it was a big night and the company wanted to showcase the X division style but that doesn't mean you can't fire up a little and sell during, if you pop up like you are perfectly fine just to do your generic comeback spot to try and get yourself over it will never happen, Fire means nothing without sympathy and sympathy is nothing without fire, sell to give the fans a reason to cheer for you, if you act like nothing hurts and you can still fly around it tells the audience there is no consequence to the heat thus no reason to help you by lending moral support, the very foundation of getting over, not doing a promo or a cool move but emotional connecting, something which holds the x division back from mainstream acceptance. Which is a shame because it doesn't even disrupt the pace it only adds another layer.

You might think I am reading too much into this but you are 100% wrong, I only bring to the conscious mind what the sub-conscious already keyed in on and can turn you away from a match.

  • You know your wrestling man. Thanks for posting this

  • This is an incredibly perceptive observation. The key isn't that most viewers will notice the lack of psychology, because most won't; the key is that they won't find themselves caring, and they'll switch channels, because the babyface doesn't "overcome" his challenge, he disregards it. This uploader has a rare grasp of wrestling storytelling. Kudos to you!

  • This automatically makes me think of John Cena and Ultimate Warrior.

  • even after seeing you point this out its still very good tidbits of a match. So exciting and entertaining...WWE is just putting Cena in a no sell 5 move combo and this kicks ass compared to that.

  • This kinda stuff happens all the time, the fans still love it. This isn't the indy's, it's a high income company that panders more to the crowd, just because these men worked the indys doesn't mean the company they work for now will allow indy style matches. Plus the heel won the match, extreme heat on him considering the crappy ending and great building heat for Kazarian considering his heel turn.

  • lol idk what Im\'m watching. since when did TNA have a 4 corner ring?
