John Chang heals with electricity and makes fire using Chi
Extracted from chapter 3 of the documentary "Ring of Fire"
I saw this as a kid and for 20 years it has stuck in the back of my mind. It seems convincing that he can make electrical shocks and little sparks between his fingers to light the newspaper; it seems plausible that he can also sense electrical levels in people for healing.
