The sound of sirens in Yugoslavia in 1999 during the bombing of Belgrade,I remember those 77 days very well. The NATO operation was called "Merciful Angel"

last friday of every month this would sound and then we would duck under our desks and cover our heads with our hands. Untill it was over in 3mims. untill 1967 or 8 .

i think when MAD (mutual assured destruction ), was addopted by The U.S. and the U.S.S.R.. In 68. these stopped. mabye 1967 or 68, cant remember the exact year.

I do remember this drill and getting under our desks.

I heard this while shopping one day. Apparently they sound it now and then for no reason. Scared the shit out of me, I was on the verge of hyperventilating.
