Sk8er Boi, Avril Lavigne (on ukulele)

We here at Me, Uke and the Love Triangle love us a bit of Bovril and we are pretty sure Sk8er Boi is her finest work to date. Except for maybe Girlfriend.

A veritable masterpiece, both from a musical and literary point of view, Lavigne's beautiful interplay of words and music create an incredible emotional journey. We sincerely hope that we have done it justice, in some part at least. Obviously we'll never be as good as the original though.

Also, I have superpowers.
