This is a instructional for beginners to learn to focus on their breath for relaxation. Breath relaxation/meditation is taught privately and in major medical facilities for stress reduction, quality of life enhancement, pain management, support during times of grief, and for major health challenges including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Breath relaxation/meditation is easy to learn; most people find it has profound benefits when used daily along with other Integrative Health, psychological and spiritual practices.

You can download a free Mp3 audio version of this, or listen online: http://kiwi6.com/file/zec8lrks97

  • I continue to Love the quietness/peacefulness/settling/calming that fills my Heart/Mind...thank You so much Deborah....

  • Joyce - thank you for your continued commitment to centering of self - it is good for the health - but also so much for the heart, soul, mind, spirit in this time of great transition and great challenge. Keep up the practice and you will find that you will be more of who you are - - - a wonderful Being of Light, Love, and Joy! Namaste!!!

  • It seems like... the more I use this Breath meditation/Relaxation....not only twice daily..but in between as well when needed the calmer I feel through out the day...Love the video of Nature and it helps...Thank YOU so much for sharing this Healing ...I Love it....

  • @jjjones7ify I am so glad that you are getting these great benefits! Although simple - this is quite profound which is why Buddhist Vippassana meditation is based on it. The effects are cumulative for the nervous system - the more you do it on a twice daily basis and practice breathing softly with the attention on the breath during the day - the more your nervous system will learn to relax and center over the year. In this "addicted to fast" we heal through the breath . . Namaste!

  • @jjjones7ify It is joyful to hear that you are getting such good benefits . . . I am going to suggest that you lengthen the time beyond the end of the period in this video another five minutes each week - until you can sit following your breath for 20 minutes - increase JUST the five minutes each week . . your nervous system is ready for this and you will find great benefit throughout your day after a month or so of twenty minutes, twice daily - Hugs!

  • I continue to be thankful for this video! I know that I am supposed to have my eyes closed - but sometimes when I am stressed I just listen, breathing along, and watching the Vermont imagery - I find it very soothing! Please make us some more videos!!!

  • This is very relaxing! My mom is a nurse and has meditated for many years and been all over the world - studying healing in India, China and South America - Esalen and with directly with Robert Monroe at the Monroe Institute - - she says this is the best technique to be used daily for healing and spiritual development - AND that you are a great teacher - she can feel your energy! She says to hurry up and get longer and other instructionals up. THANK you for putting real training up for free!

  • Thank You so much for this video...I started out with once daily...then going to twice daily...and considering the happenings in our Beautiful World...will go to 3 times dly...So soothing...Love and light coming from the inside out....Breathing it in and Breathing it out....Wow......

  • I have found that with our everyday occurences that listening to this Video...breathing with it and ignoring any previous unsettling issues etc...and using this twice daily...is very satisfying for me..previous issues are not important...not bothersome....and I can breathe in loving peace....I also breathe deeply throughout the day....just to take the edge off...I Love it because it works.....for me...

  • Daily practice with the eyes closed - morning and early evening if possible - will allow your nervous system to heal AND start to throw off deeper stress that has accumulated for decades. That is why daily, regular practice of this technique is so important to our overall health, our psychological and spiritual health.
