i remember the time when i always used to search for this performance in youtube and i was shocked every time!

Giving me Pe e e EEECE! Wow!
-
this was not lyp synched at all...it was obvious is some parts!!

The whistle part is NOT lip synched. All you have to do is compare the original recording, and you will realize that the whistle notes in this performance are not only live, but she ad-libbed them as well. Listen to the notes carefully. Anyways, she did a bang-up job and i love when she sings "giving me peace", she incorperates her whistle notes. Bravo Queen Mariah!

she did lipsync the whistle part but you guys have to remember that she's touring all over many places, whistle register is a specialty and her voice would even worse now if she attempted to do it at every concert stop. love you MIMI

queen mariah. for all those who say this s lip syched well i doh even know what to sya to you all. it is clear that this is live. if you listen close to the whistle notes you can hear she approches it differently to the record. the #1 diva and the greatest singer in the world love ya mariah

When I first heard this introduced on a gospel station my first thought was, "why do they keep putting secular artists on a Christian station?" As I listened to the song I got goosebumps and was about to cry. A lot of secular artists throw in the obligatory religious song on their albums but when she sings this you know she believes every word she is singing and is not doing it for show. I've learned not to judge based on clothing, she means what she sings. God is good! Jesus lives!
