Good excuse for corporations to keep people at entry level is to hire someone more qualified at less pay saying if you want to work for us and move up come in at entry level. What happens when the advancements dont come? You wasted your time working for them.

Having been an employer before, I would like to encourage you that there is actually alot more than experience that an employer is normally looking for, particularly with entry level work.
