@allrippedup1 For lower back pain? yes. For other claims? The evidence is specious at best. And various claims are made for untested and unverified claims by official chiropractic associations and their practitioners.

@ThoughtCriminal696 It worked based on? A huge fraction of patients with back pain recover and get better ON THEIR OWN and WITH MORE MOBILITY (exercise, massage, etc). Based on what can you prove that it was the adjustments or the Activator that improved your condition? Adjustments to the spine can cause release of pain-reducing neurotransmitters, but that does not mean that the adjustments produce long-term healing.

@JPO1618 I totally agree however the prevalence is not as great as its often inflated to be. Also science has failed to explain many idiopathic ailments chiropractic has assumed to be correlated to musculoskeletal associated conditions. Where is the science behind the MD giving a patient an antidepressant for a headache? People forget the chiropractic coursework is the same as an medical doctor + the additional technique and philosophy classes.

@chiropractic47 I have asked for evidence that what I say is incorrect; you are happy to insult me and say 'Google it' without actually engaging me at all. You were warned, now you are blocked.
-
@JPO1618 "interested in dialogue"? You response to every post, wether mine or any pro-chiropractic, was with contempt, borderlining in censure, which you now threaten of me. Go ahead and block me. Chiropractic for all!
-
@chiropractic47 Just fair warning to you, if you continue to write "Chiropractic for all!" you will be blocked - you clearly are not interested in a dialogue.

@JPO1618 And I guess it's safe to say you bestow all faith in "Medi-Pharma Junk Science"...you know, the rampant type of which medical and pharmaceutical entities purposely skew the results of studies so thay fit the drup development pipeline? The people want chiropractic...the fastest growing primary health care in the world. Chiropractic for all!

@chiropractic47 Yeah...because TV news is the place to go for accurate science!

The vids host obviously is a dick. Please disregard this sucky vid. It's a waste of your time. Instead, watch the thousands of beautiful chiropractic videos, including the news station videos of chiropractic miracles: "Man blind in one eye can now see after a chiropractic adjustment". "Chiropractic helps with ADD", "Chiropractic helps woman become pregnant", "Chiropractic helps with childrens ear infections", etc. Happy watching chiropractic miracles!

@JPO1618 Whoa dude...chill it. Aren't ya kinda of freaking here? I thought I provided an awesome response. Calm down, relax. Here, put your feet up on this here ottoman. I'll get you a glass of wine. (Dude needs a "Chill Pill").
Asthma has a mechanical musculoskeletal component to it. Hypertonic mm, hypomobile jts can restrict respiration. Manipulation not only causes a reflex which relaxes intrinsic muscles it can aid in increasing the depth of a breath. Is chiropractic treating asthma.. NO however it may aid symptomology. What is your purpose other than cynical, vindictive and malicious attack against a health profession that is rapidly gaining popularity with the public and credibility with the scientific community.

@PublicTruth When health professionals make public claims about health practices that are not supported by science - and pass it off as scientifically-backed - THEN I have a problem.
