first camera move to left then dots move to right second camera move back to right so stain goes to left so simple ......a child would see it instantly .

No it is not a mark on the windsheild as it came from out of the tree area when the camera was still

ya its a mark on the windshield. you can tell because the mark is on top of the trees if you pause it. also it follows the direction of the camera angle
