I wonder if it is a felony to try to call the police or 911 when a person is bleeding to death and knows that if he calls his mother he most likely would live instead of waiting on a country highway for an ambulance to come from over 20 miles away or for his mother to come and get him to an emergency room from 2 miles away. He got a ticket and now has to answer for this. Plus, his truck was towed without the permission of the landowner or the owner less than 10 hours later from private property.
