@kenzie0908000 I recall when I last flew United (which was in 2010), they had trouble shutting the door of the plane. Then they lost my dad's luggage (which did get returned, thankfully).

i hate united! i was on a united plane and the engine broke so they delayed our flight a whole day , stuck us in a crappy hotel, then put me in econemy when i was in first class!! HORRIBLE!

It might be "boring", but it's most informative. Richard Simmons, dancing filipinas, etc. might be funny and entertaining, but I'm sure it's easy to miss the point.
I flew United on all of my trips to Japan, and I am satisfied with their service so far.
